Starter engages but won't turn
Webb17 juni 2011 · I suggest to check starter to battery ign switch contacts as they are losing approx 4 volts in their relationship, high resistance. Clean or replace. Battery is in low state of charge, ie, 12.16 volts indicates 20% charge. Externally charge the battery and I would wager the problems will remedy themselves. S Steptoe Registered Joined Dec 28, 2005

No problems, though I do notice once where I turn the key to start and there's a half second delay before the starter engages. Then.. I notice that when I shut the truck off, the SES lights up..
