It can be a way to return your Windows 10 installation to something short of a full reset or reinstall without having to perform an actual reset or reinstall. My belief is that the OOBE focuses mostly on user interface, settings, and preferences. Web27 de fev. de 2024 · 1. there isn't a config file/folder. it's possible there was in past versions of cc. 2. it makes no sense to share someone else's oobe folder because it contains personalized data (including the users login info, opm.db). 3. if something were missing, the directions above would restore it.
