WebIve flown Swoop from Hamilton to Tampa and back many times. I have never had an issue. Flights were on time, staff were lovely and everything went perfectly. Maybe their baggage charges are a bit high but that is offset by the low cost fare and the conVenience of a small airport. If your flight is cancelled they will leave you hanging for days. There fleet is too small if there is ever a hick up with one or more of there planes. Not worth the savings.
