WebMay 26, 2015 · There are multiple reasons this could be. First lets start with the firewall on the server. To test you could just disable it and see if the client can then ping it. Or you could configure the ICMP rule. As for remoting this needs to be configured on the server if you have not already done so. This can be done under the remoting properties.
